Clayton Craft 7bf1b5dcf8 temp/u-boot-librem5dev: upgrade uboot and firmware (!590 )

This commit:

- Updates u-boot
- Updates arm trusted firmware
- Builds the m4 firmware using cross compilation (no more dependency on
  downloading the binary from purism \o/)
