Icenowy Zheng 8e1bb335ca linux-postmarketos-qcom-sdm845: hotfixes for xiaomi-polaris (MR 4867)

Current 6.6 kernel has some features broken for xiaomi-polaris including
LCD and Wi-Fi.

Add two patches that fix these problems.
