Ferass El Hafidi 96e0dfae9a linux-postmarketos-exynos4: add ISA1200 haptics support

It has been around for a while but wasn't enabled in the kernel config.
Add it so samsung-p4note gets working haptics.

This repository contains the APKBUILD files for postmarketOS-specific packages, along with the required patches and scripts, if any.
