Oliver Smith 9ab02ada2c CI: kconfig check: use --keep-going (MR 5491)

Use the new --keep-going parameter so the check doesn't stop on first
error. This was recently added in pmbootstrap MR 2384 to make the
default behavior more userfriendly.
