Fix pen enable/disable handling, axis scaling, and proximity-out behavior. The stylus now tracks correctly across the panel and no longer jumps to 0,0. Part-of: <https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/9065>
