We currently enforce MODULE_COMPRESS_ZSTD=y. In the 1st stage initramfs we use busybox modprobe, and busybox modprobe cannot handle zstd compression. Therefore, make sure MODULE_DECOMPRESS is enabled so that kernel handles decompression instead. See issue https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/issues/4305.
