snlavaiseandClaude Sonnet 5 e5a8aba387 linux-postmarketos-qcom-sm8550: restore framebuffer + ramoops for diagnostics

We are past the bootloader (pmOS images boot, LineageOS ones abort to
fastboot) but the kernel panics in <2s with no output. Re-add the
simple-framebuffer (console=tty0 shows the panic on the panel) and a
ramoops region matching the stock layout (readable from stock Android
after a failed boot).
