Achill Gilgenast f09fa74192 main/postmarketos-ui-phosh: depend on cellbroadcastd 
p-m-s uses cellbroadcastd for cell broadcast notifications. p-m-s already
links to it already, but also depend on it here to install the daemon,
the service & stuff.
