Oliver Smith fa0f9e64f0 firmware-samsung-a6lte: add missing makedep 
pmbootstrap only installs makedepends when building packages, not the
depends as it did in the past. Adjust this package to fix:

  /usr/bin/abuild: line 21: can't open /lib/firmware/brcm/brcmfmac43456-sdio.bin.zst: no such file
