also remove the elogind specific patch to use systemd for brightness
changes

Note: the user services that the -systemd split pkg installs are not
enabled by default using systemd presets. None of them have 'Install'
sections, they appear to be mostly/all dbus activated instead.

- Removed systemd-timesyncd, already enabled by a preset installed by
the systemd package
- Removed default-disable.preset, it's already provided by the systemd
package
- Removed user services from system preset
As systemd v256 switched to dlopen for a bunch of dependencies
(specified in a custom format), this is no longer auto-detected
by either abuild or boot-deploy. So we include kmod manually for udevd
to work correctly.
This fixes the "no screen" issue on pine64-pinephone.

The patches were put into the gitlab.com/postmarketos/systemd repo
and updated for stable-v256.
This also enables man pages, systemd-localed and localization support
via the compile flags.

This changes it into a default disable.
`disable *` selects all units and hence overrides all previous presets.
Just using `disable` just changes the default unit enablement policy.

This moves the responsibility to auto-repair filesystems to the
initramfs. (I think we don't do this at all right now).
We don't try to mount broken partitions at all, we tell the user
that the system is broken and fail_to_boot.
The flow is now:
1. mount the boot partition (read-only) for initramfs-extra
2. initramfs-extra is extracted (with the needed fsck executables)
3. fsck the root partition
4. mount root partition (read-write)
5. fsck the boot partition
6. mount the boot partition (read-write)
This helps with the systemd bringup, as we want to make use of
systemd-firstboot, which sets /etc and enabled services up. As
this service is responsible of setting up /etc, it is run before
/etc/fstab is read and before / is remounted read-write.
this allows to opt-out of usb-tethering on pmOS devices with
`apk add !postmarketos-base-ui-networkmanager-usb-tethering`
this is useful for developers with laptops on pmOS / dailydriving
those laptops on pmOS.
