Aster Boese a191ecb63d treewide: remove asound.state 
asound.state is a lock file for the current system
state of alsa. It gets written by alsa-restore and
thus should not be part of packaging, as the
updates will never apply cleanly over a constantly
updating state file.

Clayton Craft 84c64b5df7 main/postmarketos-initramfs: don't start unudhcpd if usb net wasn't set up

Aster Boese c17d83de0a main/abootimg: remove

Willow Barraco 7ed996d36f main/postmarketos-ui-sxmo-de-*: depends on modem related services 
I plan to remove them from the aports side. Desktop devices do not
depends on this.

Aster Boese 1c12db10d3 main/devicepkg-dev: add logic for downstream kernels without _config 
The git version of pmbootstrap generates kernels without _config.
Because devicepkg-dev expects this variable, it should be set to
what pmbootstrap has replaced the variable with unless the
variable is manually set.

Antony Kurniawan Soemardi 0088faeea2 device-asus-zenfone3: force mdp5 to fix backlight enablement issue 
Unlike mdp5, which enables its timing engine immediately, dpu1 defers
timing engine enablement. As a result, the DSI backlight enablement
command is ignored by (or not sent to) the panel until the dpu1 timing
engine is enabled.

Enabling the backlight manually via sysfs after the timing engine has
been enabled works around the issue. However, requiring users to do this
manually would be inconvenient, so force the use of mdp5 instead.

Stefan Hansson 3f6942ec54 device-ayn-odin: depend on rmtfs 
Otherwise WiFi doesn't work. Not using soc-qcom-modem as it pulls in
modem-related dependencies that aren't useful on this device given that
it doesn't have any SIM card slot and doesn't seem to have a modem.

Aster Boese d01d002782 main/postmarketos-base: drop grub subpackage 
With the last device using grub having been
moved to systemd-boot with pmaports!9135,
it is now unnecessary to include grub
configuration.

Removes the update-grub.conf config and
the postmarketos-base-grub subpackage.

Aster Boese ddb8849070 cross/grub-*: remove 
No unarchived devices in pmaports edge use grub, instead
opting to use systemd-boot. Because of this, there is no
reason to keep the grub cross packages on edge. This
should *not* be backported to stable, as devices still
make use of grub there.

Sicelo A. Mhlongo fb199ae218 device-nokia-n900: re-organize APKBUILD 
- use amove instead of installing to subpackages from main package
- for selecting pixman renderer usage in wlroots, users testing
  wlroots0.19-based UIs can just install 0.20 manually to pull in the
  configuration, which will also work on 0.19.

Aster Boese 1f1a7e5744 firmware-asus-s5507q: depend on the host package in subpackages 
The subpackages install the mkinitfs configs, but these configs require the
files to exist. Thus, depend upon the host package to have these files. The
files are not moved to the subpackages because every file is used by the
mkinitfs configs, so the packages would end up with duplicate firmware files.
