Oliver Smith 11e89dfbb2 temp/hwinfo: fix build in bpo 
Building this package aborts in build.postmarketos.org when building for
non-x86_64 architectures, because the "check_hd" program that runs
during the build and already takes a long time without printing any
logs, takes so long in QEMU that it hits the 15 minute timeout. It
writes to a logfile in the process, so attach a tail to it as
workaround.

After fixing that, the build failed because it tried to run a compiler
in package(). Work around it by setting options="!pmb:crossdirect".

Oliver Smith 72ce0bfe4a gitlab: MR template: use %{first_multiline_commit_description} 
The template broke gitlab's ability to auto-fill MR descriptions with
the commit message, which is very handy when sending lots of MRs with 1
commit. Add %{first_multiline_commit_description} to restore this
behavior.

With this change we assume the following will work:
1) When making 1 commit MRs, you can just keep the default message again.
   The comment block on top is not rendered in the merge request, so it
   can be left there.
2) We remind people of our AI policy whenever they open a new merge
   request.

If 1) does not work as expected after merging this, let's just remove
the template again (so we don't need to discuss this more). This is the
result of the discussions that mostly took place in MR 9377.

Aster Boese 61a654a10e lenovo-21bx: use zstd for initramfs compression 
zstd is faster to decompress than gzip and will soon
become the default compression algorithm for the initfs,
so might as well take advantage of it early.

The default compression is used because it results in
practically the same binary size as gzip (both create
initramfs binaries that are 30M and zstd:fast adds
a megabyte, which should be avoided). This change is
mostly for the decompression speed benefits.

Aster Boese 4a0c3182d6 temp/libx86emu-dummy: new aport 
libx86emu only exists on x86 and x86_64. Because of this, the
hwinfo APKBUILD has to use conditional dependencies to install
it when it is available. pmbootstrap doesn't have support for
this logic currently, so creating a dummy, empty package for
arches that doesn't have it works.

Aster Boese 27cc010dbf temp/eudev: fork from Alpine to remove /sbin/udevadm symlink 
The presence of udevadm in both /bin/ and /sbin/ causes usr-merge to assume
a binary conflict and fail. I actually tried fixing this issue upstream quite
a few months ago to fix an unrelated issue I was having with the package, but
it was rejected. Therefore, this can only be handled downstream.

Stefan Hansson 6788e21f3a CI: Switch out old custom service manager options with new ones 
It's probably a good thing that the old options become warnings/errors
with this since we don't want to use them even if pmbootstrap
technically maintains support for at least pmb:systemd for compatibility
reasons.

Aelin 2bf2f3329e treewide: remove pmb:strict from options 
pmbootstrap 3.11 is strict-by-default and previous versions had a broken
implementation which broke upon a full bootstrap of e.g. the systemd
repo. I think it's therefore safe to remove this already, even without
bumping pmbootstrap_min_version.

Clayton Craft 3f4c42c462 main/postmarketos-duranium: always run sd-sysuser on boot 
This ensures that sysusers conf changes are always applied when booting
an update. This is functionally the same as what we do in mutable pmos,
where apk runs systemd.trigger that runs sd-sysusers if new sysusers
conf is added/modified on an existing install.

Aster Boese a191ecb63d treewide: remove asound.state 
asound.state is a lock file for the current system
state of alsa. It gets written by alsa-restore and
thus should not be part of packaging, as the
updates will never apply cleanly over a constantly
updating state file.

depends on this.
