Fix that CI is currently failing with errors like:

Push this directly to master as this is a trivial but important fix to

Henrik Grimler e76edf7044 device-odroid-u2: depend on firmware-odroid-u2 and clean up cmdline 
firmware-odroid-u2 provides the bootloaders that are necessary to boot
the system.

There is no reason to always boot with loglevel=9, or with rw, and
most often not with PMOS_FORCE_PARTITION_RESIZE.

Henrik Grimler d1ef71b2c7 firmware-odroid-xu4: put s5p-mfc and rtl_nic deps in _pmb_recommends 
These firmware packages are not strictly necessary for a booting
system, so move them to _pmb_recommends.

Henrik Grimler 2315bf0f65 device-odroid-xu4: depend on firmware-odroid-xu4 
firmware-odroid-xu4 provides the bootloaders needed to successfully
boot odroid-xu4. Also remove the linux-firmware-rtl_nic
dependency (will be moved to firmware-odroid-xu4 instead).

Aster Boese 73f73428ae lenovo-21bx: enable GNOME fractional-scaling and clean up APKBUILD 
Add an override file to enable fractional-scaling since the scaling factor
of the display is a Goldilocks problem.

Along with this, clean up the APKBUILD and follow some Alpine best practices.

SzczurekYT 9ddc0e0cb0 modem/qcom-diag: update and make consistent with systemd 
- Update diag-router to include two new commits made this year
- Use linux-msm repo (the andersson one is now a redirect to it)
- Make diag-router start before rmtfs on OpenRC like on Systemd
- Add myself as a maintainer, to replace Jami Kettunen, who resigned
from this role

Jens Reidel e2e2b6145f Revert "systemd: Don't ship /usr/share/factory" 
This reverts commit ea6e5010c1.

Results in systemd starting systemd-firstboot and prompting for keyboard
input, which is very suboptimal on touch-only devices and results in an
infinite "Starting..." animation on the screen for users.
