Aster Boese a191ecb63d treewide: remove asound.state 
asound.state is a lock file for the current system
state of alsa. It gets written by alsa-restore and
thus should not be part of packaging, as the
updates will never apply cleanly over a constantly
updating state file.

Antony Kurniawan Soemardi 0088faeea2 device-asus-zenfone3: force mdp5 to fix backlight enablement issue 
Unlike mdp5, which enables its timing engine immediately, dpu1 defers
timing engine enablement. As a result, the DSI backlight enablement
command is ignored by (or not sent to) the panel until the dpu1 timing
engine is enabled.

Enabling the backlight manually via sysfs after the timing engine has
been enabled works around the issue. However, requiring users to do this
manually would be inconvenient, so force the use of mdp5 instead.

Stefan Hansson 3f6942ec54 device-ayn-odin: depend on rmtfs 
Otherwise WiFi doesn't work. Not using soc-qcom-modem as it pulls in
modem-related dependencies that aren't useful on this device given that
it doesn't have any SIM card slot and doesn't seem to have a modem.

Sicelo A. Mhlongo fb199ae218 device-nokia-n900: re-organize APKBUILD 
- use amove instead of installing to subpackages from main package
- for selecting pixman renderer usage in wlroots, users testing
  wlroots0.19-based UIs can just install 0.20 manually to pull in the
  configuration, which will also work on 0.19.

Aster Boese 1f1a7e5744 firmware-asus-s5507q: depend on the host package in subpackages 
The subpackages install the mkinitfs configs, but these configs require the
files to exist. Thus, depend upon the host package to have these files. The
files are not moved to the subpackages because every file is used by the
mkinitfs configs, so the packages would end up with duplicate firmware files.

Rudraksha Gupta 5f0d91ca84 device-pine64-pinephonepro: u-boot & systemd-boot 
Remove Grub and replace with mainline u-boot & systemd-boot. The two
methods to boot now:
- Hold the RE button to boot off of the SD Card
- With a blank SPI, boot off of eMMC using the power button

SPI needs to be blank as u-boot chainloading is broken

Aster Boese 011d7f645e gigaset-gs290: unarchive and rename 
Unarchives the 'volla-yggdrasil' device, along with its kernel, and renames
the device package to match the ODM name of the device. This name is used by
most projects (with the exception of Ubuntu Touch) for this device.

The kernel is upgraded from v6.1-rc5 to v6.8. The plan was to upgrade it
further, but 6.9-rc1 introduces a bootloop that I don't have the means to
debug at the moment. Thus, reintroduce the kernel at the newest working
version and it will be upgraded in a separate MR once the bootloop is
figured out.

himax_hx83112b is added to the initramfs and enabled in the kernel in
preparation for its enablement in the device tree.

Sicelo A. Mhlongo cf09159e2f device-blackberry-key2-generic: handle hwdb correctly 
Comply with pmOS, which prefers to store hwdb in /etc. openrc works
differently, or at least the packaging in pmOS/Alpine does, so manually
recompile hwdb at package installation time in that case.

Matthew Bunting 5dcd52d29d device-google-gru: add spi-rockchip to modules-initfs 
This makes FDE installations on google-bob work, previously after the
