Aelin a25bb27739 linux-postmarketos-lts: Upgrade to 6.18.26

Also install modules to /usr/lib/modules rather than /lib/modules.

And fix an oversight in the kconfig-generic.toml that would lead to
some configs not being enabled on 6.18.
